We are a full-service Design and Build Company.
It all starts with an idea, we work closely with you in great depth before commencing a concept design to define a clear design brief of rooms, sizes, styles, and most importantly the investment range you are comfortable with. The bonus of designing with us is we can offer realistic preliminary estimated build costs from concept design if you like as we are also a construction company.
We have the expertise to work with your local council for planning applications and drawings if and when required.
Unlike many other designers, our working drawings are highly detailed from the perspective of a builder to ensure that there are clear details to make your build as straight forward as possible.
We handle engaging with all the various other consultants required to obtain a building permit such as land surveyors, soil reports, energy reports, arborists, civil and structural engineers.
Do you need interior design as well? We have an interior design service as well that will design all internal joinery, bathrooms, etc. We assist you in choosing colours, fixtures and fittings all collated into an easy-to-read document.
Obtaining a building permit on your own can be an extensive process, but we can do this for you with our experienced design team.
Our team will ensure from concept design to permit-issued plans it all runs smoothly, and you receive a custom home design that exceeds your expectations.
