The Chelsea House Renovation and Extension
Our Chelsea clients purchased their 1980s style home with the idea of developing the property into their own beachside escape. They were seeking a more modern design that would really stand out from the average house. As the property was relatively small, creating a sense of space was important, as well as updating the look and feel of the home.
Mass Constructions undertook a complete home renovation, transforming a plain brick veneer and tiled roof house into a spectacular getaway with Bayside views. A mixture of render and shadow clad was used to give the exterior depth in terms of its colour and texture.
Inside, Mass Constructions installed a modern kitchen with European appliances which were complemented by a mirror splash back. Both bathrooms received floor to ceiling tiles and attractive new fixtures were installed such as a bath with waterfall spout.
