Originally our project GUEST clients were opting to do a major renovation and extension on their home. After weighing up possible compromises they would need to make if using the existing, they decided to build a custom new home. 

Mass Constructions undertook a complete home renovation, transforming a plain brick veneer and metal roof house into a spectacular getaway overlooking the park views across the road. A mixture of face brickwork and James Hardie Linea weatherboards was used to give the exterior depth in terms of its colour and texture.

Inside, Mass Constructions installed a custom-designed modern kitchen with European appliances. Polished concrete floors with hydronic heating. Both bathrooms received floor-to-ceiling tiles and attractive new fixtures were installed such as a bath with feature tile behind.
