Project JOYOUS - Modern Home Extension & Renovation
Nestled in the leafy suburb of Murrumbeena, our clients design brief was to reconfigure the existing floor layout to include a master bedroom, bathroom, and of course a new kitchen with walk in pantry and laundry.
Mass Constructions undertook full project design, obtaining building permits and the build. One of the key elements to making the project a success was to transform the dull entrance hall into a vibrant welcoming hall. This was done by installing a Vivid Skylight with a large splayed shaft to maximize light reflecting into the entrance hall.
Inside, Mass Constructions installed a custom-designed modern kitchen with European appliances. Solid timber floors, both bathrooms received floor-to-ceiling tiles and attractive new fixtures were installed such as a bath with feature tile behind.
