This uniquely designed two-storey townhouse was designed for our client who has a wheelchair. Mass Constructions produced a design which was user friendly and had strong architectural appeal. From the motorised stair climber to the custom designed kitchen, everything was designed with functionality for the client in mind.

Remote control garage doors and front gates were added to make life easier, as well as an intercom system with electronic latch release for the front door and added cameras for security, so our client did not need to go downstairs to answer the front door. The windows and blinds were all electronically opened.

This modern townhouse is also environmentally friendly with a 5 kw solar panel system feeding back onto the main grid. It has a hydronic heating system for constant temperature control and continuous hot water, as well as a split system air conditioning system for summer.
